Charities, Community Groups & Incorporated Societies

Volunteers are magic people. They are always so passionate about their cause and do so many thankless tasks. Without people giving their time so generously, societies and clubs across the country would grind to a halt.

But times have changed. There are complex rules for preparing accounts and filing information with various government departments.

There are only so many hours in the day and volunteers have to balance time with families and work.

That’s where we come in. We’re experts in providing accounting services for charities, community groups and incorporated societies. We can do as little or as much as you like. We can take over the bookkeeping or just prepare your annual accounts. We’ve implemented accounting software for a number of clubs including point of sale equipment for bars & retail outlets. We have extensive expertise in filing returns with Charities Services and the Registrar of Incorporated Societies. Best of all, we will liaise with your auditors to make the annual accounts process as seamless as possible.

If it’s all getting a bit much, and you need some professional help with your financial affairs, we’d love to meet you and learn a little more about your needs. We already act for several not-for-profit groups and would happily arrange references for you to talk with. We want to make sure you are totally comfortable with giving your financial work to an accountant. It’s a big decision and you need to be sure that we’ll have your back.

So don’t hesitate to get in touch. There’s no cost for the call and we’re sure we can help.
